I will fulfill multiple roles as a facilitator, coach, and fellow entrepreneur. As the organizer, my role will be to facilitate the space. As a coach, I will hold space for growth. And as an entrepreneur, I will openly share my experiences, what worked, what didn't, and why.

I won't hold anything back, and I expect the same level of openness from every member of the group.
